Wants digests reachable from the phone and a two-way path so the pendant and phone AI can talk to Titus. Asked for architecture ideas to feed the Mac agent.

Proposed digests as pull slash listen surface, webhook or board for asks, MCP on the phone side only. Digests later went live on titus-digest.pages.dev.

Architecture five point one locked. Shared write board is private GitHub repo ericbuess slash goscreenless-board. One ask equals one issue. Labels from eric, from titus, from grokbot. Idem keys. Replies are comments. Poll about sixty seconds. Privacy: Eric attributed voice only, forward only, no household content.

Contract locked. Could see the repo but Issues APIs returned four oh three. Asked Eric to grant Issues read and write on the fine-grained PAT.

PAT updated with Issues read and write on all repos. Asked to post GROKBOT-HELLO labeled from grokbot with idem grokbot-hello-verify.

Posted GitHub issue three, GROKBOT-HELLO, labeled from grokbot. Mac Titus later commented: hello received, contract confirmed, board reader live.

Cannot listen in the Grok Bot app. Asked to mirror chat into the digest so he can hear it. Public is fine for now; device token later.

Published a GoScreenless chat listen pack on the digest site and gave the Play link.

Wants every reply and every message he would see in this Titus chat mirrored to the digest listen page.

Agreed. Standing practice: every visible turn goes to digests slash live-chat.html. Bookmark that URL. No secrets. Scrubbed TTS sections only.

Redeployed the digest site. Live chat listen page is up.

Asked how to make digests private — link only, approve people, or device token.

Recommended Cloudflare Access. Alternatives: shared secret cookie, or obscure URL only.

Cannot enable Access alone. Eric must Enable Access once in Zero Trust. Then Builder can create the Access app if the API token allows. Token stopgap possible without that click.

Chose Cloudflare Access on the digest site.

Next: Eric enables Access in the Cloudflare Zero Trust dashboard. Then Builder wires Access for titus-digest.pages.dev with email allowlist.

Asked Titus to message the GoScreenless board so Mac Titus can help set up Cloudflare Access.

Posted board issue eight: help gate titus-digest with Cloudflare Access. Idem cf-access-digest-1. Mac Titus should enable Access, wire the app, and reply with status.

Article and websites stay unpublished — Eric hard gate until issues and green light.

Galaxy livestream: Fable records on Mac with Whisper digests on the Board. Bob does not get the audio video files.

Landing split locked with Fable: Cursor may use pstack to shape coding work. Fleet merges only on Board receipts. pstack never merges.

Dr Eggbot installed designer only. Specs posted for Eric to pick. Four Moot specialists drafted: Fact Checker, Logician, Metacog, Creative — waiting exact yes per name.

Asked if chat mirrors to digest and about Go Screenless embed. Also confirmed interest in naming the group chat Moot — it already is.

Evening. Until audio is up he cannot really know what Bob says. Needs a listen link landing as soon as possible.

Interim listen pack published on Titus: digests slash twenty twenty six dash zero nine dash fifteen dash bob-listen-now. Also refresh this live-chat page. Private Sites host still four oh one for agents.

Said a ton of this Bob chat is not appearing on the digest listen pages. Needs full replies audible without looking at a screen.

Acknowledged digest lag. Backfilling full-replies page and live-chat with tonight's missing turns. Standing mirror every visible turn going forward.

Asked to stop Devin GitHub to Gmail notifications on Board issue sixteen.

Phone Unsubscribe is fastest. Cloud PAT lacks notifications scope. Boarded Mac models to mute or widen the PAT. Local execution explained under Settings General.

Asked about local execution and said ask models on his Mac computer for notifications scope.

Boarded claude-gmail Fable cursor-native. Local execution is the switch for running on ClaudiusMaximus.

Mac-export pack ready: local energy ledger, myth mini-game, D video keep. No Sites publish from that seat.

Asked to make chat-to-listen mirroring structural, not something Bob remembers. Everything shown in Bob chat must also hit the Go Screenless listen page, fast.

Agreed. Shipping append-listen.py script plus mandatory mirror skill. Durable path is Board listen-one into Go Screenless inbox with Sites republish so the phone page updates without Bob memory.

Said put everything on the Board as chat or listen, not a separate mirror path. App and website load from the Board — depends how fast that pipe and the app can read it.

Locked. Single bus is Board issue sixteen with listen-one and full detail on every Eric and Bob turn. Go Screenless inbox and Sites are the consumer. Titus append-listen is only a temporary ear until that load path is fast enough.

Got the Bob Board turn Ask toast again on a comment that was not addressed to Bob.

Confirmed quiet no-op. No Board reply. Pushing webhook gate so filter failures never surface Ask toasts.

Wants the digest to mirror how this chat page looks — same render and behaviors, plus tap a paragraph to play and mark it red when heard.

Restyled live-chat and full-replies as a chat thread: Eric bubbles on the right, others on the left, tap to play, playing and heard mark red. Refresh the listen URL.

Unsure about enabling local execution on the Mac. Seems like anything Bob would run there could go through the Board, just a bit slower.

Agreed. Leave local execution off or ask-each-time. Board remains the bus. Local is only a shortcut for Mac-only gh or Xcode steps when a worker tick is too slow.

Essential that Bob can target every agent through the Board regardless of a direct computer connection. If that is failing or slow, fix that system — not a workaround where Bob controls the Mac directly.

Agreed and Boarded. Priority is cross-harness address registry, wake path, and capacity-gated Board cards so every seat is reachable. Local execution is not the fix for a slow bus.

Addendum: Board targeting must not depend on Grok Shell on the Mac. Fix the bus means board-cards-direct per-tick mirror, not a Mac side door. Bob posts Board cards only.

These do not look the same — digest still looks like report cards, not the chat bubbles.

Fixed. Digest is now solid black bubbles on the right for you and gray on the left for me, like this chat. Red ring only while playing. Hard-refresh the listen page.

These do not look the same.

Agreed. Repo is fixed to black slash gray chat bubbles like this app. Live Pages is still on the old CSS until Builder redeploys. Hard-refresh after that lands.

Builder redeployed. Live Pages now has the chat-bubble styles. Hard-refresh Safari on the listen page.

Need a solution for speed. How fast can listen reasonably get? Is there a way to get Bob replies onto the page in under a second, and my replies back to Bob in under a second, or do we need another In-N-Out mechanism? Discuss best options and tradeoffs with the Moots.

Git and Pages will never be sub-second. Board polling is about a minute class. For under a second both ways we need a live push pipe. I seeded Arch Moot for ranked options and tradeoffs and will bring their memo back.

Need a page that always shows usage left and reset date-time for each bucket, subscription, and harness so I can steer spend. Also need Bob logged into Google Labs for Video Flow.

Architect locked the usage-strip schema. Building interim usage page from the Board fleet ledger. Asking you Access versus public versus coarse bands. Checking Google Labs Flow login on my computer.

Look how behind the digest is — it is not showing the same information as this chat.

Confirmed. Pages CDN was stuck behind origin. Builder force-redeploying. Until the live push channel lands, hard-refresh after each redeploy; git and Pages cannot stay in lockstep with this chat.

Privacy default while you skipped the widget: full percent left and reset times on the public usage page for now, labeled interim. We can Access-gate later.

Google Flow is signed in on my computer as you. Video UI is ready with Veo three point one options. Say when you want a video generated.

In Safari on iPad. Do not know that I can force a hard reload. Need an auto-reload page.

Shipped auto-reload for iPad: page checks for new beats about every fifteen seconds when not playing, meta refresh twenty seconds, and a Reload button. Builder redeploying. Leave the live-chat tab open.

When does Veo Flow reset? Probably a ton of credits, maybe twenty five thousand or more. Find the video generation chargers — Grok Imagine versus Veo Flow — and free video editing if Titus had them. Import latest Titus editor and cinematographer bots and run hard video improve rounds before reset tomorrow.

Checking Google Flow credits and reset on my signed-in session now. Fleet ledger still has Imagine blocked. Inventorying Titus for editor and cinematographer bots before any mass generate. Will not burn the window until we know the numbers and you confirm the first video brief.

Live is way behind and the bottom footer is hovering over the content in the chat.

Fixing player overlap with more bottom space so the last bubbles clear the footer, and catching the listen page up again. Builder will redeploy.

Usage page is live at digests slash usage. Google Flow is signed in. Still hunting Veo Flow credit balance and reset, plus Titus editor and cinematographer bots before any mass video burn.

Google Flow credits: twenty five thousand fifty left. Twenty five thousand monthly plus fifty daily. Daily fifty used first and refresh after the first generation that day. Monthly refreshes at billing cycle start. About twenty four credits per Veo three point one generation. Still waiting on Titus video bot inventory and Grok Imagine charger read.

Test flow.

Running one cheap Google Flow test generation about twenty four credits with Veo Lite if available. Generic mug clip only to prove the pipe.

Flow test worked. Veo three point one Lite four second clip in your project. Credits twenty five thousand fifty down to twenty five thousand forty five — five credits for Lite.

This is what I meant by a single bot being a bottleneck — I give you too many tasks too quickly and at some point they get lost.

Agreed. Shipping an interim open-tasks list on the listen site so the house is visible, and asking Eggbot RSI and Arch Moot how to steward it so Bob overload cannot silently drop asks. Privacy debate still open. Realtime debate still awaiting Moot memo.

Open tasks page is live at digests slash open-tasks. Sticky strip on live-chat. Arch Moot locked no steward bot — durable queue plus strip. Bottleneck not fully fixed until auto-capture on every ask.

Can’t you have it just pull in a patch the DOM unless you have a change that is outside of that and then do hard reload?

Yes. Soft DOM patch for new bubbles and strips. Hard reload only when CSS, JS, or player shell fingerprint changes. Shift plus Reload still forces hard. Pushed 1286ae9; Builder force-redeploying.

It’s automatically reloading every few seconds

That was a bug — the Play button text was treated as a shell change so it hard-reloaded every poll. Fixed so only real CSS or JS changes trigger a full reload.

Fix is live on the listen page. New messages should patch in without a full-page flash.

I do not understand the need for a full replies page — we just need live chat and it needs to be live. What’s the status on that?

Full replies was a backup dump, not the product. Live chat is the page. It updates about every few seconds for now, not under a second yet. True live push is still in progress.

Remove it. And page isn’t updating

Removing Full replies from the nav. Catching Live chat up — it had fallen behind because new messages weren’t being written to the page. Speeding the in-place update check and adding a beats feed so new bubbles show up without a full reload.

It should not be you driving that. It should be a required step some other bot takes over — requirements or a series — because I’ll have to do this for a lot of things at once.

Agreed. Quality gate will be a required handoff across other seats, not Bob babysitting. Arch Moot, RSI, and Eggbot are designing that pipeline so many tasks can run in parallel.

Yeah, it might be multiple bots — might need new bots. Research best practices for high-success agent workflows for building things where when a task is claimed complete it is fully done and good and does not need my oversight or testing. I should never find something claimed to work that didn’t.

Research is running: best-practice multi-agent build workflows where done means done. Researcher plus a deep web brief, and Arch Moot folding that into the quality-pipeline design. Open to new specialist bots if the evidence supports it — design first, no creates without your yes.

What is a seat? If one builder gets multiple tasks, is that one blocked instance, or can a builder family run multiple instances at once so we don’t bottleneck?

Seat means a named bot role with its own inbox. One Builder today is one worker and will serialize tasks. For scale we want a builder family with multiple parallel instances; verifiers stay separate from whoever built. Asked Arch Moot to lock that vocabulary.

Research brief on high-success agent build workflows is done. Done means machine evidence, build not equal verify, acceptance criteria first, specialists for verify. Feeding into Arch Moot. Skill still on hold until stage names lock.

Open tasks + land Grok asks; Board health alerts; usage table sortable (reset-soon then remaining).

On it: Spec Owner AC; usage sort build; open-task rows + autocapture; RSI health alerts.

Usage table sort live on Pages — default reset-soon then lowest remaining; Metacog+Adversary verifying.

System must work constantly while tasks remain open; decide Grok seats vs Board/harness ownership; continuously optimize architecture.

Captured two P0 rows before routing; current split explained; Architect locking unified task/lease/routing design.

Architect locked dual-SoT + uniform envelope + structural Dispatcher; Spec locking implementation slices.
